Breathtaking Brittany tour

It is the diverse landscapes of Brittany which makes it so beautiful and enchanting to visit - it’s easy to explore too because of the excellent road network. Our experts have put together this well designed 6 night itinerary to let you discover charming old towns, pretty fishing ports and ancient monuments like the fascinating alignments (standing stones) at Carnac. Not to mention the hidden gems found in the peace and quiet of this ‘get away from it all’ region.

Highlights of the route include the seaside resort of Perros Guirec and historic Quimper and Vannes – if you can find the time, take a boat trip from here around the stunning islands of the Gulf of Morbihan which is a nature lover’s paradise.

Josselin is a sight to behold with its riverside pepper pot château and medieval Dinan is also a delight to visit to admire the cobbled streets and half-timbered houses. On arriving at our ports a walk around St Malo’s ramparts is recommended for great views over the old quarter and out to sea. Or maybe the picturesque seaside town of Roscoff awaits, where you can take in the lovely little art galleries and gift shops.

Indulging in the tempting regional specialities is an absolute must – fresh local seafood and traditional, delicious crêpes (best accompanied by a boule of cider) can be found on many a restaurant menu.

Hotel directions

With your travel documents you will find an information sheet for each hotel which has been booked for you giving directions together with some further details.

Arrival

Unless stated, you will be expected to arrive at each of the hotels pre-booked for you by 6pm each day. This should allow you time to have a fairly leisurely drive between hotel stops but if you find you will be arriving later than this please ring and advise the hotelier so that your room is held for you.
