With our priority disembarkation service, you can be one of the first passengers to leave the ship, saving you time in the garage and skipping the queue of vehicles waiting to disembark, which means you can start your holiday sooner or reach home quicker.

This service is available on many of our ships and routes when travelling with your vehicle* and will be offered when booking selected cabin accommodation - subject to availability.

This service is subject to a specific check-in time at the port. If you arrive late, priority disembarkation cannot be guaranteed.
Terms and conditions
The “Priority disembarkation” option is a chargeable option, opened to passengers booking a premium cabin, which you can choose independently on both the outward and return journeys when booking your maritime transport.
Passengers embarking with specific vehicles (e.g. Van and Motorbike) or pets cannot benefit from this option due to organisational and logistical reasons.
In order to guarantee access to this option, you must respect the arrival time at the port, which varies between 1.15 and 1.45 hours depending on the ship. If you do not respect the time specified, the option cannot be guaranteed.
The arrival time at the port is indicated on the ticket.
The option can be booked within the limits of the available parking spaces in priority disembarkation.
If you change your reservation, the option will no longer be guaranteed.
For organisational and logistical reasons, passengers requiring a special assistance due to their condition, their temporary or permanent reduced mobility and/or requiring the use of the lift will not be able to benefit from this option.
