Honfleur is one of the cradles of Impressionist art. Like a romantic theatre overlooking the English Channel, Etretat has inspired the most illustrious artists including Monet. Giverny is THE must see during your trip to discover Impressionism at its best. With its vibrant colours, museums and impressive atmosphere, not to mention Monet’s house and gardens, it is a delight to visit.

A stone's throw from Giverny and nestled on the banks of the Seine is Vernon, a land of Impressionism. It's here that you'll discover a real heritage treasure: the old Vernon sur Seine mill. This historic monument offers an exceptional panorama of the surrounding landscape, that has been depicted thousands of times by painters, including Claude Monet.

Hotel directions

With your travel documents you will find an information sheet for each hotel which has been booked for you giving directions together with some further details.

Arrival

Unless stated, you will be expected to arrive at each of the hotels pre-booked for you by 6pm each day. This should allow you time to have a fairly leisurely drive between hotel stops but if you find you will be arriving later than this please ring and advise the hotelier so that your room is held for you.
