Introducing Galicia
With a Spanish theme - a first for Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 - Galicia not only offers sumptuous comfort and modern facilities but also remains true to our heritage and values.
Surrounded by water, Galicia is a magical region in the northwest of Spain. Boasting spectacular landscapes and an abundance of art and culture, this stunning area was the inspiration for the ship’s design. So it’s no surprise that she also takes the name of this beautiful destination!
Galicia is built to impress, a taste of Spain with beautifully-finished interior spaces, cabins and a host of options in which to dine, relax and enjoy the ride. Bienvenido a bordo!

From the beach to the countryside, and into the city, Galicia’s decks will take you on a journey inspired by the region itself. You’ll find light and spacious public areas, modern shopping, plenty of deck space and, of course, a choice of cabins. To indulge you on your journey, Galicia has the biggest bunks within the fleet (topped with our most comfortable mattress), not to mention a TV with free Video On Demand, and Wi-Fi services.
Our ships are like art galleries at sea. Continuing with this long-held tradition, Galicia will host beautiful Spanish works inside and out, and more besides. Don’t miss The House of Las Meninas, for example, an exciting digital experience, inspired by one of the world’s most famous and enigmatic paintings.
The first of three ships of a type known as E-Flexer, Galicia continues our drive towards more sustainable transport. Its hull has been crafted to reduce drag and improve efficiency. Its size means we can take more people and freight while burning less fuel. And single-use plastic will be cut to a minimum.
Other innovations include closed-loop scrubbers. These are like giant catalytic convertors on a car, removing the vast majority of sulphur dioxide and soot from exhaust fumes. There’s much more besides, like anti-fouling paint and ultrasonic transducers which reduce marine growth that can slow a ship and increase its fuel consumption.
Please note that on busier sailings a small number of vehicles may be parked in an open area on deck.
