We can be very busy when a sailing is being checked in. Unfortunately, this means we may not be able to help with general enquiries or booking amendments when a sailing is due. Check-in may begin up to four and a half hours before a sailing’s scheduled departure time. Please check our timetables before your visit to ensure that we will be able to help you when you arrive.
Foot passenger access to the ship is via a long, partially-uncovered walk which involves negotiating stairs and slopes. We will provide assistance to those with limited mobility and wheelchair users. This may take slightly longer than usual.
The nearest parks outside of the port are Plymouth Hoe, which is signposted from the port (6-minute drive/19-minute walk), and Devils Point (8-minute drive/26-minute walk).
The nearest electric charge points to Plymouth port are located in the car park of Theatre Royal (accessed from Old George Street, PL1 2TR).
For information about other charge point locations in the UK and Europe visit www.plugshare.com or www.zap-map.com.
