Please check your goods and receipts at the time of purchase to rectify any mistake on board. Exchanges of products will only be accepted on presentation of the receipt. We regret that no refunds are possible on board.

Customer Services

Shop on board with confidence. If, on your return home, you discover any fault or shortcomings with regard to any purchase made on our ships, please write to the address shown below, enclosing the receipt. If possible the item will be replaced. If not a refund of the cost will be issued.

Prices are in euros but the pound sterling/euro conversion rate will be displayed in the shops and the total amount will be confirmed to you at the till if you wish to pay in pound sterling.
