L'Ecume des Jours
Founded in 1987 by Mr and Mrs Quéré, this former 16th-century shipowner's house, situated on the quayside, was taken over by their son Guillaume in 2005. The square dining room is bright and intimate, with pleasant views of the sea, while the second dining room at the back is both designer and convivial, with beams, exposed stone walls and two fireplaces. When the weather is fine, the two seafront terraces are very popular.

Brasserie Les Alizés
At the foot of the Roscoff's lighthouse, the Brasserie les Alizés faces the sea and offers a great ambiance created by Isabelle, François and their team. The dining room on the first floor (lift available) offers an exceptional panoramic view of the old port and the island of Batz. It's the ideal setting for savouring refined cuisine based on local market and seafood products which have been carefully selected by the chef and served with pride.

In the heart of the picturesque town of Saint Pol de Léon (5km from Roscoff), the Michelin-starred chef Jérémie Le Calvez and his companion Jessica Chelala have created their new bistro, La Pomme de Reinette. It is housed in their existing restaurant La Pomme d’Api where it offers an intimate setting opening out onto a walled garden with terrace. Choose your meal from the Léon menu which has been designed just for you.

Getting to Plymouth
Plymouth is easy to reach from Wales and the West Country with fast access to the ferry port from the A38 motorway. Going south from Exeter, head southwest on the A38 to Plymouth. Exit the A38 at the A374 and follow signs to the 'continental ferry port'. Frequent trains run from London's Paddington Station to Plymouth taking 3 to 4 hours. For rail information visit www.nationalrail.co.uk. Plymouth Citybus operates buses from the train station into the city centre but there is no direct bus to the ferry terminal.
