Le Domaine de Pont Aven is in a residential area in the heart of a huge park, overlooking the charming town of Pont Aven and only a 6 minute walk from a river and a fine art Museum. You can access the port and the town centre by a direct, private access (not recommended for people with walking difficulties). The superb beach of Port Manech is only a short drive away (11km).

The residence consists of a main building called the Manor House which includes reception, breakfast room, a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna (charge payable), jacuzzi and the studios. Surrounding the Manor House is a small hamlet of semi-detached houses for 6 people. All accommodation is equipped and furnished in a modern style.

Studios are any arrival day minimum 5 nights all year 05/04/25 to 31/10/25.

Maisonettes are any arrival day minimum 5 nights 05/04/25 to 04/07/25 and 23/08/25 to 31/10/25.

And Saturday arrival weekly stays 05/07/25 to 22/08/25.

Maisonette has a living room with dining table, chairs, tv, double sofa bed and kitchen area with microwave, mini oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Shower room/wc. On 1st floor there is a bath/shower/wc and 2 bedrooms - a double with king size bed and a twin. Terrace with garden furniture.

Hire of baby kit (cot, high chair and baby bath) €10/stay, subject to availability. Pets accepted €11/night (only 1 permitted). Bed linen hire €12/bed. Towel hire €10/person. Optional end of stay cleaning available €65 (studio) or €89 (maisonette). Wi-Fi, charge payable. Sauna (charge payable). Breakfast room serving continental buffet. Restaurant and bars 400m.

Picturesque Pont Aven is nestled on the banks of the Aven river and has inspired many a famous painter - Gauguin and Emile Bernard to name just two. The town is not only renowned for its art but also for its culinary heritage which includes the famous butter biscuits that are produced here. Keen walkers can discover the excellent GR34 footpath which runs along the coast, the oak forest and the Breton moors. This is an ideal base for discovering the must-see sites of Finistère including Concarneau (17km) with its walled old town and fine sandy beach.
