We take you via the most direct route to France and Spain for less driving and a longer break.

Yes, you can easily take your dog on board our ferries. Only assistance dogs are allowed in public areas, all other pets must stay in your car, an onboard kennel or a pet-friendly cabin, and the pet exercise area.

Travelling to France by ferry with your dog costs just £35 each way whilst travelling to Spain by ferry with your dog costs £50 each way.

Yes, dogs need to have pet travel documentation to travel to France or Spain. Your dog can travel with a pet passport issued in an EU country (not a GB-issued pet passport) or an EU Animal Health Certificate (AHC). You will need to get your dog's travel documentation from your vet.

Dogs have to stay in the car on the ferry on some of our ships. Other options we offer for your dog are onboard kennels and pet-friendly cabins, where your dog can stay in a cabin with you during your sailing. Check the ship you are sailing on to find out exactly what pet accommodation is available. You will be allowed to visit your dog in your vehicle, subject to operational/weather conditions and this is up to the captain's discretion.

Travelling by ferry is the best way to travel with your dog to France. Your dog can travel in the comfort of your own car and can even stay with you in a pet-friendly cabin, depending on the ship you are travelling on. Simply get your pet travel documentation from your vet, choose your dog's pet accommodation when booking and be prepared for a great holiday with your four-legged friend in France!
