Lost Property
Lost belongings found on our ships will be logged and sent to our Lost Property department. Depending on which ship the item was found, it will be sent to our departments in either Portsmouth, Poole, Plymouth or Rosslare.
Reporting a lost item
If you would like to report a lost item, please email us at the correct address below which corresponds to the ship you were sailing on and include the following information:
Your full name
Booking reference
Date and sailing time
Description of the item lost
When or where you think you lost the item

How we use your data
Any personal information you provide will not be passed on to any other parties and you will not receive unsolicited mail from other sources.
We may confirm details of your loss/enquiry with an insurance company in the event that they contact us for the purpose of verifying your claim.

It is your responsibility to take care of any luggage (this includes all personal belongings) in your possession or under your control. Subject to the Athens Convention we accept no liability for any luggage lost on board or left behind after the journey. However, if such luggage is found, we will usually store it for a period of time for you to reclaim it. On reclaiming any such luggage, you must pay our reasonable storage or postal charges.
