Lounge/dining room with fireplace, tv and French windows to south facing, rear terrace with furniture, bbq and large, private garden. 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom/wc with separate shower. Separate wc. Huge bedroom on 1st floor with exposed beams, 2 double beds and en suite shower room. All double beds are 2 joined single beds that can be split on request. Travel cot and high chair. Shared table tennis, swing and trampoline. Garage.

The Pool: 12m x 4.2m and 1.3m deep. Fenced, heated and open May-end September. Shared with owners and the 2 other gites.

Optional end of stay cleaning 90€. Firewood 10€ per load. Pets not accepted.

There is a lake at Pont l'Evêque (9km) with many water activities including pedalo and canoe hire. Don't miss the excellent Sunday morning market in Trouville (18km).
