The inside is full of character with exposed beams and old stone walls, and you have the added benefit of a private hot tub on the covered 1st floor terrace as well as the shared swimming pool.

Open plan living/dining room has an old bread oven, tv and fitted kitchen area with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine. Wc. 1st floor has a large bathroom/wc and 3 pleasant bedrooms -a twin and a double that interconnects with a single, suitable for a child. Travel cot, high chair and baby bath. Raised private covered terrace, accessed from 1st floor, with hot tub - available end June-early September - and views over the grounds. Courtyard. Very large shared grounds with trees, flowers, garden furniture, bbq, swings and small slide.

The Pool: 10m x 5m & 1m-1.8m deep. Heated, fenced and open May-Sept. Shared with owners and second gite.

Oil central heating 30€/day. Electric car recharging with Green'Up reinforced socket included. Optional end of stay cleaning service 80€. Pet accepted 5€/day.

Charras is a small relaxed village and has a pretty château (600m), a small shop and a boulangerie. Don't miss a visit to Brantôme (32km), one of France's beautiful villages with its troglodyte caves, abbey and lovely cafes and Piégut-Plouviers’ huge street market, 30 mins drive from here.
