La Maison sur le Petit Port is a lovely south facing, modern single storey house which has a direct access to a port and a coastal footpath. In a leafy setting near a beautiful estuary, this property makes an ideal holiday home for both nature and sea lovers.               

Entrance is into an open plan living room bathed in light due to the large patio doors that lead to the garden. Kitchen area with sea view, fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Comfortable lounge/dining area with tv. Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bath and wc. 2 bedrooms – a double with a queen size bed and a twin. Travel cot and high chair. Underfloor heating throughout. Sloping garden surrounded by trees and hedgerows offering plenty of privacy. Terrace with garden furniture and bbq.

The pleasant little harbour of Rostiviec is nestled in a cove of the Brest estuary. It boasts a famous seafront restaurant/bar 'Le Café de l’Ancre' which is a typical family-run establishment hosting regular live concerts. You can swim at high tide at Porz-Donn beach (grey sand) which is only 500m away. For beautiful, white sandy beaches we recommend heading to Ile de Crozon (43km) or the north coast of Finistère - about an hour's drive.
