Fitted kitchen/breakfast room has fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in garage (no parking). Spacious lounge/dining room has an inset fireplace and patio doors to a south facing, rear terrace with furniture and bbq overlooking the beautiful, large garden. Double bedroom with en suite shower/wc accessible for the disabled. Wc. 1st floor has a mezzanine sitting area with tv/dvd, and 4 attic bedrooms - a double and 3 twins. Duvets. Bath/shower room. Shower room/wc. Seperate wc. Travel cot, high chair and baby bath. Electric heaters. Large well-kept garden.

Linen hire 15€ per bed. Towel hire 15€ per person. Optional end of stay cleaning 120€. Firewood 8€ per load. Utility charge and heating metered.
