In a superb setting right on the seafront, not far from the casino and seawater therapy centre, the Mercure Majestic resort hotel is a great choice and an easy walk from the town centre. You can also take the little tourist train that runs every day along the beach as far as Pornichet, a pleasant fishing port which holds a colourful weekly market and has its own small beach.
