With the Nantes-Brest canal and GR37 footpath at the bottom of the garden, this lovely 17th century detached gite is in a quiet hamlet location. Welcoming owners' live nearby. Inside, the exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and big open fireplace give this very spacious accommodation character and there are French windows that open out onto a south facing terrace. The beautiful garden with its outdoor pool is a great addition, especially in summer. All in all this is a great property. Living room has fitted kitchen area (microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher), tv with some English channels, dvd player, fireplace and patio doors to terrace. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Double bedroom with en suite shower/wc. Wc. 1st floor has bathroom/wc & 3 attic bedrooms - double with king size bed, twin with washbasin and a single. Duvets. Cot <3yrs, stairgate, high chair, baby bath and playpen. Garden with lawn, furniture and bbq. Table tennis. 4 sun loungers.

The Pool - 8m x 4m and 1.10m-1.70m deep. Heated and with a removable cover, it is available for guests from May-September (except between 14:00 to 16:00 when it is for owners' use only).

Towel hire £5 per person. Optional end of stay cleaning 60€. Electric and utility charge metered. Firewood 50€ per load. Pets not accepted.

This is ideal for walkers as the GR37 footpath leads from near the gite alongside the Nantes to Brest canal.
