Spacious property combining a pleasant mix of modern and traditional styles - a great holiday place for a large family with lots to do on site. Lounge/dining room (fireplace with inset, tv) and fitted kitchen area with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, table/stools. Double and twin bedroom. Shower. Wc. Open tread stairs to bath/shower, 2nd wc and 3 more bedrooms - 2 doubles and a twin. Duvets. Travel cot, high chair and baby bath. Outside utility room with washing machine. Oil central heating. Nice enclosed private garden has terrace, furniture & bbq within shared enclosed garden (pool, trampoline, boules pitch, sun loungers).

The Pool - 9m x 4m and 1.10m-1.6m deep. 20m from the gite, it is heated and open 11am-7pm from May-Sept. Cover can be opened in warm weather. Shared with owners and one other gite on site.

Linen hire 10€ per bed. Towel hire 5€ per person. End of stay cleaning available for 100€. Heating and utility charge metered. Pets not accepted.

This is a good walking area, particularly at nearby Hédé where there is a series of locks by the canal - a lovely picnicking area. Medieval Dinan (35km) is a beautiful town with narrow cobbled streets leading down to the river Rance.
