A pleasant detached gite in hamlet surrounded by fields and vineyards, close to welcoming owners' property which is just behind. Sitting/dining room with exposed beams, woodburner, tv and a fitted kitchen area with view over garden and fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious double bedroom with walk-in shower/wc (no door), both accessible for disabled people. Separate wc. 1st floor (low beam at top of staircase) has an attic twin bedroom and a family bedroom (1 double & 2 single beds). Shower room/wc. Duvets. Travel cot and high chair. Electric heating. Well kept front garden with terrace has a view over the pool. Patio furniture, bbq, table tennis, badminton and a swing. No smoking.

The Pool: 7.2m x 3.8m and up to 1.2m deep. Alarmed, shared with owners and open 16 May-12 Sept.

Linen hire 9€ per single bed, 10€ per double bed. Towel hire 5€ per person. Optional end of stay cleaning service 60€. Heating and utility charge metered. Pets not accepted.

Hire a bicycle at Champigny sur Veude (10km) to explore the lovely countryside - there is also a Saturday market held here for you to stock up on the local delicacies.
