This cosy, single storey gite is set in a large residential area in the heart of woodland making it ideal for nature lovers. It is located between the charming village of La Ferrière-sur-Risle and the Beaumont forest in a region dedicated to the protection of birds. Modern, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. The comfortable lounge/dining room has a fireplace, tv & dvd and is filled with plenty of light due to the 3 French windows which open out to the terrace and the vast grounds. 2 bedrooms - a double and a triple (3 single beds, leads to terrace). Shower room. Separate wc. Travel cot, high chair. Electric heating. The very large enclosed grounds has a sloping woodland area, garden, a shaded boules pitch, swing, slide and a trampoline. The rear terrace which is ideal for relaxing and al fresco dining has a set of garden furniture and a chimenea barbecue. Pet accepted free of charge (200€ deposit per pet).

If you enjoy walking the GR224 is only 1.4km away but there are an abundance of other footpaths to choose from that surround the property. This region is full of wonderful things to discover, from Beaumesnil and its castle, Conches and its museums, to Bernay which is a town rich in art and history.
