In a lovely spot just a short walk to the sea (300m) and 1.5km from the beach at Kermagen, this detached property is in a quiet hamlet in the heart of the Presqu'île Sauvage (wild peninsula). The welcoming owners live to the rear of the gite on their vegetable farm and the small town of Pleubian is 2kms for amenities and a Saturday morning market.

Open plan living area has a kitchen/diner with microwave and dishwasher plus a small sitting corner with tv by the stairs. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Double bedroom with king size bed. Bath/shower. Wc. Open tread stairs to shower/wc & 2 spacious attic twin bedrooms. Travel cot, high chair, stairgate and baby bath. Enclosed front garden with patio, furniture, bbq and swings.

Towel hire 5€ per person. Heating (electric heaters) and utility charge metered. Optional end of stay cleaning 50€. Pets are not accepted.

5km away is the phenomenon known as the Sillon de Talbert - a long thin snaking trail of pebbles and sand that reaches 3km out to sea from the headland. Shaped by the ever changing currents it provides a pleasant, breezy walk at low tide. Tréguier has a lovely old quarter, excellent seafood restaurants and holds a Wednesday market. You can also take a boat trip from the port at Tréguier to the beautiful Ile de Bréhat (May-Sept).
