Club Voyage Membership Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply to all Club Voyage memberships with Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网. Memberships form a contract between yourself and Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 (BAI SA), through the agency of its UK subsidiary, BAI UK Limited ('Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网'), at the time we confirm your membership by creating an account.
General conditions
Membership and club benefits are limited to individual members only.
Discounts for members extend to all individuals on the same booking, provided the Club Voyage member travels with the group as the lead passenger. Membership will not be granted to companies, organisations or to individuals for commercial gain or profit.
Any vehicle not specifically constructed or adapted for the carriage of passengers will be charged as freight and must be booked as such by calling freight reservations on 0330 159 5000.
Non-declaration of freight vehicles and goods will result in supplements being charged at the port and we reserve the right to refuse carriage.
Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw Club Voyage, make changes to benefits, registration, administration and annual membership fees at any time, without redress. No modification or cancellation of the Club Voyage Terms and Conditions shall entitle the member to any compensation whatsoever.
Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 reserves the right to terminate, refuse an application, refuse to renew any membership or refuse to accept any bookings under a given membership number at any time without redress.
Applications must be accepted and membership issued before discounted bookings can be made. Discounts and onboard benefits (detailed under Additional benefits) cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings. Membership is not transferable and applies to the individual member only. Valid for a whole 12 months from the month of joining.
All bookings must be made directly with Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 in the UK either on the website, by telephone or in person.
To receive discounts and benefits, your booking must be within a valid Club Voyage membership period.

Travel discounts
Club Voyage discounts and benefits cannot be combined with any other loyalty, discount, membership or reward scheme associated either directly or indirectly with Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网. Savings do not apply to pet travel and routes between Ireland and France or Ireland and Spain.

Additional benefits
In order to take advantage of onboard benefits, members must be travelling as the lead passenger, on a booking made with their membership number.
Club Voyage onboard benefits are not available on Commodore Clipper.
Free or discounted cabins
Enjoy a free cabin on afternoon departures from the UK to France and morning departures from France to the UK. Save 50% on cabins on morning departures from the UK to France and afternoon departures from France to the UK. Save 33% on Club Class cabins on all day sailings.
Cabins are subject to availability and must be booked prior to departure. This benefit cannot be claimed once on board.
Discounts apply to inside cabins only (upgrade to an outside cabin for a supplement), overnight and Admiral, Commodore, De Luxe, Club Plus, and Pet-friendly cabins are excluded from discounts.
Cabin benefits do not apply to promotional, holiday or foot passenger fares. Valid for one cabin per sailing (lowest priced cabin only).
Save 10% in all onboard restaurants
Available in both à la carte or self-service restaurants and cafés when spending a minimum of €20 per transaction.
€12.50 food & drink voucher
When sailing overnight with a cabin (excluding Couchette Plus), a €12.50 voucher is automatically included for each passenger (except infants). This credit can only be used at the à la carte or self-service restaurant, cafés and bars and can be either redeemed in one or multiple transactions if not totally spent at the first transaction.
Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
The number of vouchers cannot exceed the number of berths per cabin.
Vouchers are not available for promotional, holiday or foot passenger fares and cannot be redeemed in the onboard shops.
Save 50% on onboard Wi-Fi
Enjoy a 50% saving on our ‘Surf One Way’ onboard Wi-Fi package. This discount must be claimed at the Information Desk before purchasing.
Savings on cinema tickets
Enjoy a 50% saving on cinema tickets. Claim this benefit at the Information Desk when purchasing your tickets.
Savings on Wellness rooms & Spa
Club Voyage members save 10% on treatments at our onboard Wellness rooms & Spa. Claim this benefit in the onboard boutique when purchasing the treatment.
Savings on holiday packages
Choose from our range of self-catering or hotel holiday packages and receive early notification for holiday season launches. Excludes high-season, offers, promo and gourmet breaks.
Members who joined on or after 16 November 2021 may receive up to 10% discount on holiday packages
Members who joined before 16 November 2021 may receive up to 5% discount on holiday packages
Discount applies to vehicle and holiday products, not cabins.
Conditions of payment
Registration and Membership fees can only be paid by credit/debit card.
Membership renewal is not automatic, and it requires the member to contact Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 and instruct. Unless we hear from you within 5 days of payment for your membership, the contract will take effect after which point will be non-refundable .
Conditions of travel
Travel is subject to Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 Conditions of Booking and Carriage and is also subject to availability. The rates of discounts and the tariffs to which discounts apply may be varied from time to time at the discretion of Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网.

Additional information
By making an application to join Club Voyage or by renewing their membership, the member confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Club Voyage and agrees to be bound by them. Any amendment to membership must be by instruction from the member. Amendments will be charged at £25 at Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 discretion.
Membership will be considered lapsed and terminated if renewal fees are not paid within:
For members who joined before 16 November 2021 — three months of expiry
For members who joined on or after 16 November 2021 — one month of expiry
In certain circumstances, at Brittany Ferries 澳洲幸运10十168体彩开奖网 sole discretion, memberships taken out before 16 November 2021 may be transferred between the two sections of Club Voyage for an administration fee of £35. This should be carried out at the point of renewal and will be charged in addition to the respective renewal fee. Savings and benefits on accommodation cannot be applied during a crossing and cannot be applied retrospectively. Savings do not apply to onboard accommodation overnight. Allowances and benefits can change depending on the sailing – no substitute is offered when the service is free of charge.
