In a nice location not far from the town centre (600m), Casa El Perujo is one of 4 single storey casas within the grounds of the owner’s home. It is semi detached to Casa El Perujo II (see ZS0193 Max 2) and the other 2 newly built holiday homes (ZS0536 & ZS0537 both Max 4) are just behind. It has a small south west facing garden and covered terrace with good views of the impressive Pontifical university and the Picos and the friendly owner lives just across the way. Inside is comfortable and well maintained and you couldn't be better placed for exploring Comillas and all it has to offer.

With one of the best beaches in Cantabria (1.5km) it's easy to see why Comillas is a popular summer resort - it's perfect for a family holiday or break. This lovely town which is overlooked by the magnificent Pontifical university has a great atmosphere particularly in summer when the Spanish themselves come to holiday here as well as visitors from overseas. It has a charming fishing harbour and amongst its cobbled streets and pretty squares there are a number of modern artistic buildings designed by Catalan architects, the most well known of which is the must-see mansion - El Capricho - designed by the world-famous architect Gaudi. Alongside the beach is a cluster of cafés and you’ll also find lots of restaurants specialising in seafood.
