In a quiet spot, not far from the well known golf course in Pedreña, an old building has been nicely restored and converted into 2 small but charming casas. The friendly owners live next door and the village centre is not far (1km). Casa Bedia 1 is on the ground floor and has a sunny front terrace and ZS0547 Max 3 is above.

The interior has an open plan living space with a well equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster) and tv. Spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower/wc which also houses the washing machine. Twin bedroom. Shower room/wc. Central heating. Patio furniture. Pets not accepted. Street parking.

Minimum stay 7 nights between 19/05-27/09 and 4 nights between 01/01-16/04, 20/04-18/05 & 28/09-31/12.

Pedreña sits on a promontory just across the bay from Santander and what was once nothing more than a pleasant little fishing village is perhaps better known today as the home of one of northern Spain's best loved golf courses and local legend Seve Ballasteros. It also has some excellent restaurants so if you like good food, especially sardines which are the local speciality, then you can't beat eating locally. There are also plenty of lovely beaches within easy reach including those at Somo, Langre, Galizano and Loredo.

If you fancy a trip to Santander but don’t want the hassle of having to drive, you can catch the little local ferry. It’s a regular, cheap and easy way to cross the bay to the city waterfront and is highly recommended.
