Yes, you can take a towed touring caravan on the ferry that is up to 4m high and 9m long.
Yes, you can take a motorhome or camper van on the ferry that is up to 4m high and 9m long.
No, for safety reasons you cannot stay in your vehicle in the garage, you must go up to the public areas of the ship. This is mandatory. If you are travelling with a pet, they can stay in your vehicle during the crossing on some ships, and you may be allowed to visit them.
To drive your motorhome in France or Spain, you must have your valid driving license, the vehicle's V5C logbook and vehicle insurance with coverage for driving in Europe. In some circumstances, you may need an International Driving Permit (IDP). You must display a UK (not GB) identifier on your vehicle.
