When booking your travel, we understand that it's important to feel safe and confident that you’re covered if your travel plans need to change. That's why we have a range of flexible booking options so you can choose the level of flexibility to suit your needs.

Choose our Flexi ticket option and pay just 50% deposit to secure your booking plus pay no amendment fee up to four hours before outward departure. Full payment is required 60 days before outward departure.
If we have to cancel your sailing we will offer you a full refund* by the method of payment. Refunds will be issued within seven days. If you've changed your mind about your ferry trip and have booked our Flexi ticket, you can cancel your booking up to four hours before outward departure and get a refund of 50%* of the cost of your ticket by the method of payment.
